✓ Unsafe Conditions: An activity may be delayed, changed, or cancelled when weather or sea conditions are unsafe.
✓ Alternative Date: Guests may be offered another available date or activity.
✓ Operator Cancellation: If we cancel the activity and no alternative is accepted, eligible prepaid amounts will be refunded.
! 24 Hours Before: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the starting time receive a 50% refund.
✕ Less Than 12 Hours / No-Show: No refund is provided for cancellations made within 12 hours or if guests do not arrive at the scheduled time.
✕ Late Arrival: Missed transfers or activities caused by late arrival are non-refundable.
