✓ Protective Equipment: Wear the provided life jacket and other required safety equipment.
✓ Safe Participation: Do not participate while under the influence of alcohol or medication that causes drowsiness.
✓ Medical Conditions: Inform us before the activity about heart problems, injuries, pregnancy or other medical conditions.
✓ Hydration: Drink enough water and protect yourself from strong sunlight.
✓ Know Your Limits: Stop immediately and inform the team if you feel unwell.
✓ Weather Changes: Activities may be delayed, changed or cancelled when conditions are unsafe.
✓ Guide Decision: The captain or activity guide makes the final safety decision.
✓ Sun Protection: Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat and suitable clothing.
✓ Children: Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or responsible adult.
✓ Non-Swimmers: Inform the team before entering the boat or beginning an activity.
✓ Restrictions: Some activities have age, height, weight or health restrictions.
✓ Valuables: Bring only essential personal belongings.
✓ Water Protection: Keep phones, documents and cameras in a waterproof bag.
✓ Responsibility: Guests are responsible for looking after their personal belongings.
